Last Updated: February 23, 2026
1. Overview
CLOSR ("we," "our," or "us") offers SMS communications to users who have opted in during the signup or application process. This page describes the terms governing those communications.
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during signup, you agree to receive text messages from CLOSR in accordance with these SMS Terms.
2. Message Types
By opting in, you may receive the following types of SMS messages from CLOSR:
- Application status updates (approved, waitlisted, rejected)
- Beta access notifications and onboarding information
- Account activity alerts
- Product updates, new feature announcements, and platform news
- Subscription and billing reminders
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive more messages during active periods such as onboarding, application review, or product launches. We will not send excessive or unnecessary messages.
4. Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CLOSR does not charge for SMS messages on our end, but your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.
To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START to any previous message from us or contact us directly at the email listed in Section 9.
Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use CLOSR or receive communications via email or Telegram.
6. How to Get Help
For help with SMS communications, reply HELP to any message from us. You can also contact us directly at the email address listed in Section 9.
7. Supported Carriers
CLOSR SMS messages are available on most major US carriers including but not limited to:
AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, US Cellular, and Virgin Mobile.
Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. If you are not receiving messages, contact your carrier to ensure SMS is enabled on your account and that short code messaging is not blocked.
8. Privacy
Your phone number and SMS consent status are stored securely and are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
